Withdrawal and returns

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason. Email us at dogsmile.officiel@gmail.com with your order number, or use the model form below.

Return conditions

• Products must be sent back within 14 days of your request, to the address we will email you.
• For hygiene reasons, opened tubs of wipes (lid or seal broken) cannot be taken back (article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code). Unopened tubs and unused accessories can be returned.
• Return costs are at your expense.
• The PDF e-book is free digital content supplied immediately after the order.

Refund

We refund all amounts paid for returned products within 14 days of your request at the latest. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products. The refund uses the same payment method as the order.

Lost or damaged parcel, defective product

Email us with a photo: we will replace or refund it. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
